  • Why do you sell 'Victory of the Light!' goods?
    Cobra said, "What would help a lot are more unity among the so-called Lightworkers. ... if we would achieve more unity, that would create a very strong harmonic resonance field that would allow Light forces to do things faster and more efficiently." We hope 'Victory of the Light!' goods will help unite Lightworkers. Let's unite for "Victory of the Light!"
  • Is the handwriting really Cobra's?
    Yes. 100% authentic.
  • Is Cobra paid royalties?
    He receives half of the profits. It can be said that purchasing products indirectly supports his activities.
  • Who is selling the products?
    We're Lightworkers who, like you, follow Cobra, participate in mass meditations, and carry out our own missions.
  • Do you sell these products on other websites?
    No. The products featuring Cobra's handwritten "Victory of the Light!" print are exclusively available at this official store (www.votlofficial.com), and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of products sold on other sites.
  • Are there any size guides for the apparel?
    Yes. Each product's size guides are shown in the images on the product page. Please review size guides as size varies per product.
  • Are you planning to add more products?
    Yes. We are going to add new products from time to time.
  • Can I use your VOTL! logo?
    No. You can't use either Cobra's handwritten note or VOTL! logo.
  • What does VOTL! mean?
    VOTL! stands for Victory of the Light!
  • Do I have to put my name and address in alphabet?
    Yes. Your order can not be shipped without name and complete address (including country) provided in Western alphabet.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal payments. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a guest without a PayPal account. After clicking the PayPal button, choose Checkout as Guest.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs depend on product type, quantity and country of destination, if you put all items in the cart and go to checkout, you will see the shipping costs, which are automatically calculated by the system.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Items in their original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) can be returned within 30 days after the product is received. You must contact us first before sending back items. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer exchange.
  • What if the product is damaged in the mail?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Please email us a photo of the misprinted/damaged/defective items to us, then we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • What if an order gets lost in the mail?
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, you should get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
  • Why does my T-shirt have a vinegar smell?
    When unpacking a new T-shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. It's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and both should go away after one wash. Fixation agent is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

    いいえ。コブラの手書きとVOTL!のロゴは共に使用を許可しておりません。
  • VOTL!はどういう意味ですか？
    VOTL!はVictory of the Light!（光の勝利）の略です。
  • 名前と住所をアルファベットで入力する必要がありますか？
    はい。ご注文の商品は、お名前と住所（国を含む）がアルファベットで記載されていないと発送できません。
  • どのような支払い方法がありますか？
    PayPal（ペイパル）でお支払いいただけます。
  • 送料はどれくらいかかりますか？
    送料は、商品の種類、数量、お届け先の国によって異なります。すべての商品をカートに入れてチェックアウトに進むと、システムによって自動的に計算された送料が表示されます。
  • 返品・交換ポリシーはどのようなものですか？
    商品到着後30日以内であれば、オリジナルの状態（新品、未使用、未洗濯）の商品を返品することができます。商品を返送する前に、まず当社にご連絡ください。返金は元の支払方法へ返金されます。送料は返金不可です。商品の交換は行っていません。
  • 送られてきた商品にダメージがあった場合どうなりますか？
    誤植/破損/欠陥のある商品に対するクレームは、製品を受け取ってから 30 日以内に提出してください。誤植/破損/欠陥のある商品の写真をEメールでお送りいただければ、無償で交換品をお送りいたします。
  • 郵送中に商品が紛失した場合どうなりますか？
    輸送中に荷物が紛失した場合、すべてのクレームは配達予定日から 30 日以内に提出してください。無償で交換品をお送りいたします。追跡情報に注文が配達されたと記載されているにもかかわらず、まだ荷物が届いていない場合は、配送業者に連絡して紛失した商品を探してください。
  • Tシャツから酸っぱい匂いがするのは何故ですか？
    インクジェットプリント（DTG）で印刷されたTシャツやパーカーを開梱すると、お酢のような臭いや白っぽい残留物に気づかれることがあるかもしれません。この臭いや残留物はプリント過程で適用された定着剤によるものであり、一度洗濯をするとなくなります。定着剤は、インクと生地を結合させ、プリントを長持ちさせるためのもので、業界では一般的にどのDTGプリントでも使用されています。
